Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once the product has been used, it is not eligible for return. However, we will replace or fix issues that qualify as manufacturing defects or if the item does not meet the specifications listed on our website.
